Required Technical Skills

- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with experience leading complex product or platform development initiatives.

- Strong hands-on experience in

Golang

(preferred).

Experience in Java, Node.js, or similar backend technologies is a plus.

- Expertise in designing and building microservices and distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, caching, and performance optimization.

- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.

- Strong expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, data modeling, indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.





- Experience with API design, REST, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or equivalent.

- Solid understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, OWASP principles, and secure coding practices.
