Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct geological exploration and mapping to identify mineral deposits.
- Inspect raw materials at minesites to ensure quality standards.
- Analyze data from various sources (geophysics, remote sensing, etc.) to inform mining operations.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, safety) to optimize mine planning and execution.
- Develop reports on geological findings and recommendations for future projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in geology or a related field.
- MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Geology or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of geological principles, including cartography, data analysis, and sampling techniques.
- Proficiency in using software such as GIS systems, computer applications for data processing.
