Job Summary

We are seeking a General PSC Coordinator cum KTET Mentor to manage day-to-day academic operations for PSC batches and to guide, teach, and mentor KTET candidates. This role suits someone with strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to keep students motivated and on track.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination (General PSC)

- Plan and coordinate class schedules, batches, timetables, and faculty availability
- Conduct and schedule regular mock tests, model exams, and revision sessions
- Share PSC notifications, syllabus updates, and exam alerts with students
- Coordinate between students, faculty, and management
- Handle student queries, admissions support, and feedback
- Maintain accurate records and reports of batches and test results
- Mentoring (KTET)
- Conduct classes and doubt-clearing sessions for KTET Categories I & II, as per your expertise
- Cover Child Development & Pedagogy, Languages, Environmental Studies/Maths/Science/Social Science, and KTET syllabus areas
- Provide personal mentoring, study plans,



and motivation to candidates
- Prepare study materials, notes, and practice question papers
- Analyze test performance and guide students on improvement strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in any discipline; B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. preferred for KTET mentoring
- KTET / SET / TET qualification is an added advantage
- Prior experience in PSC or KTET coaching, teaching, or academic coordination
- Sound knowledge of the Kerala PSC syllabus and exam patterns
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Good organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Sheets)
