Title: General Quality Manager

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Role:

- Manage overall Quality functions, including production inspection and quality control.
- Handle customer quality issues, complaints and corrective actions.
- Manage and coordinate with overseas/export customers.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across production processes.
- Lead the Quality team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering and other departments for timely resolution of quality issues.
- Take ownership and responsibility for quality performance and customer satisfaction.
- Valuable leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualification:



BE/B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical/Production/Quality Key Skills: General Quality / Production Inspection / Customer Handling / Customer Complaints / Quality Issues / Overseas Customers / Export Customers / Team Leadership / Quality Management
