Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor the sales and operations teams across all branches.

- Track leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and improved conversion rates.

- Monitor marketing expenditure and evaluate campaign performance against bookings and profitability.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering salesperson-wise, destination-wise, branch-wise sales, gross profit, lead conversion, and marketing performance.

- Monitor branch performance, employee productivity, operating expenses, and overall profitability.

- Establish accountability, improve processes, and ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations.

- Report business performance, challenges,



and improvement plans directly to the directors.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel industry.

- Experience managing sales and operations teams.

- Strong understanding of MIS reporting, Excel, CRM, lead management, and digital marketing metrics.

- Valuable commercial understanding of sales targets, gross profit, expenses, and branch profitability.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
