Position - General Manager - Ship Construction Site

Location: Pipavav, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced General Manager Ship Construction (Site) to lead end-to-end shipbuilding activities at site, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and operational excellence.

Role Highlights:

1. Overall responsibility from keel laying to vessel delivery.
2. Lead hull fabrication, erection, outfitting, piping, electrical, painting & commissioning.
3. Drive execution aligned with BCS & ACS.
4. Interface with Client, Classification Societies & Consultants.
5. Ensure HSE, quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
6. Lead large multidisciplinary site teams.

Ideal Profile:

1. BE/BTech in Naval Architecture / Mechanical / Marine / Production.
2. 18+ years in shipbuilding / Marine EPC projects.
3. Robust leadership exposure at GM level.
4. Hands-on knowledge of class rules & shipyard operations.
