- Knowledge on Formulation of Electrolyte

- Knowledge on Material properties and synthesis for Cathode materials

- Knowledge on Material properties and synthesis for Anode materials

- Knowledge on Synthesis and purification of Inorganic materials

- Inorganic impurity removal technique
- Sound knowledge of HF handling

- Knowledge on Lithium Battery recovery process

- Knowledge on solvent drying process. Screening, using and re generation of Molecular sieve

- Positive communication skills
- Knowledge on Glove box operation
