KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the end-to-end production plan—from sampling and material readiness through bulk execution, quality checks and dispatch.

Improve production throughput and lead times by identifying bottlenecks, planning capacity and following up with clear corrective actions.

Coordinate with manufacturing partners, job-work units and suppliers to secure capacity, maintain standards and meet committed delivery dates.

Control garment costing, fabric consumption, trims, wastage and rework without compromising fit, finish or quality.

Establish practical production tracking and vendor-performance reviews covering output, quality, delays and corrective actions.

Resolve production and quality issues at source; keep management informed of risks early and take responsibility for closure.

Coordinate product development, samples, fit approvals and bulk readiness for relevant menswear categories.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

8–10 years of hands-on experience in apparel production, manufacturing or production merchandising, with explicit ownership of bulk orders.

Experience managing external factories/vendors and handling production from sample approval to final dispatch.

Strong working knowledge of garment costing, fabric consumption, quality control,



production planning and delivery timelines.

Practical understanding of current menswear trends, customer preferences, fits, washes and commercially relevant styles.

Ability to improve speed and on-time delivery while controlling defects, rework and production costs.

A proactive, accountable operator who can make decisions, solve problems independently and coordinate effectively with teams and vendors.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience manufacturing for D2C fashion brands or fast-growing menswear labels will be preferred, particularly those familiar with shorter production cycles, changing assortments, repeat orders and quality expectations in brand-led apparel. Experience across denim/jeans, shirts, cargos or polos is an advantage. Exposure to client-facing production, vendor development or private-label manufacturing will also be valued.

Pay: ₹62,389.72 - ₹127,897.00 per month
