Role Overview:

Responsible for planning, managing, and executing all marketing activities across the company’s projects to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for all company projects.
- Handle digital marketing, social media, print media, outdoor advertising, and branding.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and project launches.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Generate quality leads and coordinate with the Sales Team to improve conversions.
- Ensure consistent branding and marketing communication across all projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis,



and customer trend analysis.
- Prepare marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports for management.
- Lead and manage the marketing team across all projects.

Qualification: MBA in Marketing or a relevant field preferred. Experience: 10–15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
