Hiring | General Manager – Product Development (Creative)

CTC up to ₹50 LPA

We are seeking a senior creative leader to drive jewellery design and product development for luxury, international and European brands.

Key Requirements

- 15+ years in jewellery design, creative product development or merchandising.
- Solid experience in fashion and luxury jewellery.
- Understanding of European and international brand aesthetics.
- Ability to convert briefs, sketches, references and samples into commercial products.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM, jewellery construction and manufacturing.
- Experience leading Design, CAD and Product Development teams.
- Strong creative, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.
- Valid US B1/B2 visa is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
