GENERAL MANAGER – RESTAURANT

Location: Dhe Puttu, Chennai

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage overall restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, revenue, food costs, and profitability.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
- Coordinate kitchen and service operations.
- Achieve business targets and improve profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
