Role Description The General Manager at BETA will oversee day-to-day operations, drive business performance, and ensure alignment between product, technology, and business goals. This full time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur involves leading cross-functional teams, setting operational priorities, and monitoring key performance indicators across projects and departments.

The person in this role will manage budgets, resource allocation, and process improvements to support the delivery of high-quality software products. They will collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine strategic direction,



support go-to-market initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.

The General

Manager will also be responsible for building a positive workplace culture, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and mentoring.
- Operational and business management skills, such as strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Experience in product-oriented or software-driven environments, with the ability to understand technology roadmaps and product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a general management, operations, or senior leadership role, preferably within the IT or software industry.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
