We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Fixed Deposits to lead our Fixed Deposit business, drive deposit mobilization, develop customer relationships, and expand the company's deposit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to increase Fixed Deposit mobilization and business growth.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the deposit sales team to achieve business targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financial consultants, and business associates.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Monitor team performance, deposit inflows, renewals, and customer retention.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve deposit growth.

- Coordinate with branch managers and other departments to achieve organizational goals.

- Prepare regular business performance reports and present them to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Support the team in achieving monthly and annual deposit targets.

Qualifications and Experience





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Fixed Deposit mobilization, banking, NBFCs, or financial services.

- Prior experience in team management and business development is preferred.

- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to develop business strategies and achieve targets.

Preferred Candidate

- Proven track record in deposit mobilization and business development.

- Strong network of customers and financial consultants.

- Target-oriented with excellent team leadership skills.

10 years of experience in this field.
