As a Gen AI Consultant at Infosys, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications. You will interface with clients to ensure quality assurance, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction while navigating their digital transformation journeys.

Responsibilities include developing multi-agent workflows, implementing RAG pipelines, integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, and optimizing retrieval strategies and orchestration workflows. You will also be responsible for developing backend services, deploying and monitoring LLM-powered applications, and ensuring scalability, security, and responsible AI practices. You will lead teams in developing high-quality code, conducting technical risk planning, and performing code and test plan reviews.

Required qualifications include 5-9 years of software development experience, robust hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and RAG.



You must have

expertise in AI Agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain Agents), experience with MCP, and proficiency in Python development and vector databases. Preferred skills include experience with Azure OpenAI Services, AWS Bedrock, Databricks Mosaic AI, AI observability tools, Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps/LLMOps, GraphRAG, and Knowledge Graphs.

Educational requirements include MTech, Bachelor of Engineering, or BTech.
