Job Location: Paltan Bazar Chetribari near Shree Om Plaza

: We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented GeM & Government Tender Executive who can independently manage Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations and government tender-related activities for our agricultural machinery and equipment business.

Key Responsibilities - Manage the company's GeM seller account and product catalogue.

- Search for relevant government tenders and identify suitable business opportunities. - Prepare and submit online bids, quotations, technical bids, and commercial proposals.
- Handle tender documentation, eligibility criteria, EMD, performance security, and other compliance requirements.
- Monitor tender deadlines, bid status, corrigenda, and results.
- Coordinate with government departments, suppliers, and internal sales and accounts teams.
- Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, invoices, and payment follow-ups. - Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, awarded contracts, pending bids, and completed orders.




- Prepare regular reports for management regarding tender opportunities and business progress.
- Ensure timely submissions and accuracy of all documents. Required Skills & Qualifications - Practical experience in GeM and government e-tender portals.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender documentation.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and online portals.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Honest, trustworthy, organised, and accountable. Preferred Candidate Candidates with previous experience in agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, power equipment, tools, or similar product tenders will be given preference. Important: Practical experience in preparing and submitting government bids is preferred. Candidates should be able to explain their previous tender-handling experience.
