Job Requirements

Own and expand executive relationships across healthcare clients in India.

Represent Virtusa as a senior India based Client relationship manager, connecting client priorities with Virtusa’s healthcare, engineering, AI and delivery capabilities.

Develop trusted relationships with CIOs, technology leaders, delivery executives, sourcing teams and program leaders to identify emerging demand early.

Drive account growth by identifying JPs, shaping opportunities, positioning differentiated capabilities and converting demand into new engagements.

Maintain a strong understanding of client’s organizational structure, strategic priorities, decision makers, partner ecosystem and annual planning cycles.

Work closely with the global Client Partner and account leadership to develop and execute account plans, relationship maps,



chance strategies and executive-engagement programs.

Provide senior oversight of delivery across India, proactively addressing execution, staffing, quality and stakeholder concerns before they become escalations.

Mobilize the right talent quickly by coordinating with delivery and TAG against upcoming demand.

Position Virtusa’s capabilities in areas such as AI-native engineering, forward-deployed engineering and broader Healthcare solutions.

Bring 15+ years of healthcare technology-services experience, including significant leadership of a large Healthcare relationship in India, with a demonstrated record of account growth, executive relationships and delivery excellence.
