Our Global Business Services (GBS) is being established as a strategic capability to centralize, standardize, and scale enterprise services. Here, this role is initially engaged through the organizations BOTT (Build, Operate, Transform, Transfer) delivery partner as the organization establishes its GBS capability in India. High performers will have a clearly defined pathway to transition directly into the organization as the function matures - typically within 3 years.

Role Overview The GBS P&C; Insights Manager is a role responsible for leading people reporting, analytics and workforce- insight delivery within Global Business Services (GBS). The role manages analysts producing workforce reports, organisational-effectiveness dashboards, organisational-health diagnostics and people-analytics outputs that support workforce planning, organisation design and effectiveness decisions.

Working with Organisation Design & effectiveness, Workforce Planning, HR Operations, HRIS, Finance and business stakeholders, the role oversees analytics operations, reporting governance,



delivery quality and continuous improvement of P&C; insight services.

The role operates independently within established governance, reporting standards and service-level expectations, with accountability for reporting quality, team leadership, stakeholder support and operational excellence.

The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and may require supporting stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.

Role Scope & Impact

- Leads the GBS people reporting and analytics delivery team.
- Oversees the production of workforce planning reports, organisation effectiveness dashboards, organizational health diagnostics, and people analytics outputs.
- Manages reporting operations, workload prioritization, and delivery against service level commitments.
- Leads the GBS P&C; insights, reporting and analytics delivery team.
- Supports workforce planning, organization design, and organisation effectiveness initiatives through analytics and reporting.
- Drives reporting standardization, documentation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supports knowledge transfer, transition readiness, and operational continuity activities under the BOTT model.
