Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

- Garment Finishing Operations: Manage daily finishing activities, including thread trimming, ironing, pressing, stain removal, folding, tagging, labelling, and packing of garments.
- Quality Inspection: Ensure finished garments meet approved samples, size specifications, stitching standards, appearance, and quality requirements before dispatch.
- Manpower Management: Allocate daily tasks to finishing workers, monitor attendance and productivity, and ensure efficient utilisation of manpower.
- Production Planning & Target Achievement: Plan and monitor daily finishing targets based on production schedules and dispatch deadlines to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Defect Identification & Rectification: Identify finishing defects, stains, loose threads, measurement issues, and other garment imperfections, and coordinate corrective actions with the stitching and quality teams.
- Packing & Dispatch Coordination:



Ensure correct folding, tagging, barcode labelling, assortment by size and colour, and packing as per order specifications and customer requirements.
- Reporting & Material Management: Maintain daily production and rejection reports, track finishing output, monitor packing material consumption, and report delays or quality issues to the production manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in garment finishing, preferably in sportswear or apparel manufacturing.
- Valuable understanding of garment quality standards, finishing techniques, ironing, folding, and packing procedures.
- Ability to manage workers and achieve daily production targets.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of production reporting and MS Excel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
