Role Overview

We are looking for a design-oriented and commercially minded

Furniture Design &

- Sales Consultant to join our Bengaluru team. This is not a conventional showroom sales role. It is a design-led, consultative position where you will translate client requirements, floor plans, and spatial aesthetics into thoughtfully curated custom furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation:

Interact with clients to understand their lifestyle, space requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget.

- Spatial &
- Layout Planning:

Study floor plans, room dimensions, and photos to advise on optimal furniture scale, proportions, and placement

- Bespoke Design Customization:

Guide clients on selecting materials, fabrics, textures, colors, and finishes to create cohesive, customized furniture pieces.

- Consultative Sales:

Convert design consultations into orders through robust product knowledge, active listening, and personalized recommendations.

- Quote Preparation &

- Closure:

Prepare detailed client quotations, manage follow-ups, and handle end-to-end sales closure.





- Production Coordination:

Work closely with the manufacturing/production team to ensure custom design specifications are accurately executed.

- Relationship Management:

Deliver an exceptional premium consultation experience to foster long-term client trust and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:

1–5 years of experience in custom furniture, interior design, modular interiors, kitchen/wardrobes, home décor, or premium retail.

- Education:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or relevant field (equivalent practical experience is equally valued).

- Design &
- Spatial Acumen:

Strong natural eye for color, proportion, materials, and spatial planning.

- Commercial Drive:

Proven ability to close high-ticket retail/consultative sales with excellent negotiation skills.

- Communication:

Transparent, persuasive, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
