This is not a website designer or website developer role. We don’t need someone to build or code websites. We need someone who thinks first: understands the client’s business, plans the journey, and then designs pages that bring enquiries.

About the role

You will plan and design the landing pages our ad campaigns send people to. You’ll study the client’s product or service, understand their goal and audience, plan the journey from visit to enquiry, get the plan approved, and then design the pages using AI tools. Thinking and planning come first, design second.

What you’ll do

- Study the client’s main product or service and what makes it different (USP)
- Understand the client’s business goal and the campaign objective (calls, WhatsApp, form leads, bookings)
- Define the target audience: who they are, what problems they have, and what makes them trust and enquire
- Check competitor pages and ads for gaps and ideas
- Plan the full journey: ad → landing page → enquiry form → thank-you page
- Plan the page structure: headline, offer, benefits, trust points (reviews, certificates) and a clear call to action
- Write a strategy doc with the plan and wireframes, and share it with the client for approval before design starts
- Design the pages with AI tools, mobile-first,



with the page message matching the ad
- Work with the ads team and developers on launch and enquiry tracking
- Review results after launch and suggest changes to get more enquiries

This role is NOT for you if:

- Your work is mainly building websites on WordPress, Shopify or Wix, or coding in HTML/CSS
- You start a project by choosing a template or making the design first
- Your portfolio shows only website screenshots, with no goal, plan or results
- You have never written a plan or strategy doc for a client

This role IS for you if:

- You ask “What is the goal? Who is the audience?” before opening any design tool
- You can explain why each section of a page is there
- You have planned landing pages for ad campaigns and know how many enquiries they brought
- You can write a clear, easy plan that a client can read and approve
- You are comfortable using AI tools to create wireframes and UI quickly

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
