Role Description The Fundraising & Outreach Intern will support Social Angel efforts to grow donor engagement and expand partnerships with hospitals, schools, NGOs, and corporate partners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, involving coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying and researching potential fundraising opportunities, assisting in planning and executing outreach campaigns, and supporting communication with donors and partners through calls, emails, and meetings. The intern will help prepare presentations, reports, and updates on ongoing campaigns,



contribute to social media and community engagement activities, and assist in organizing events or drives that promote Social Angel’s mission. The role offers hands-on experience in social impact fundraising, stakeholder management, and community outreach in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage donors, partners, and community stakeholders effectively.
- Interest or prior exposure to fundraising, outreach, sales, or community engagement activities in NGOs, social enterprises, or impact-focused organizations.
- Basic research and analytical skills to identify potential partners, track campaign performance, and prepare concise reports.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, coordinate meetings, and support events or campaigns.
- Comfort with using digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media platforms for outreach and communication.
- Demonstrated passion for social impact, volunteering, or working with causes related to healthcare, education, or community development.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within a team, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and ethical approach in all interactions.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; studies in social work, development, communications, business, or related fields are an advantage.
