Role Description The Fundraising Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur. This position is responsible for planning and executing fundraising strategies, with a focus on cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors and supporters. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging potential major donors, coordinating annual giving campaigns, organizing fundraising events, and managing donor communications and stewardship.

The Fundraising

Manager will prepare proposals and reports, track fundraising performance, collaborate with program and finance teams, and ensure that fundraising activities align with the foundation’s mission and ethical standards.



The role involves regular outreach, meetings, and presentations to strengthen the foundation’s visibility and donor base.

Qualifications

- Proven ability to work with and cultivate relationships with major donors and philanthropic partners.
- Solid communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities for engaging donors and stakeholders.
- Experience in philanthropy and charities, with an understanding of nonprofit fundraising practices and ethics.
- Knowledge of annual giving programs, campaigns, and donor retention strategies.
- Relevant experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, manage multiple projects, and meet fundraising targets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM or donor management tools.
- Commitment to the mission of Misat Charitable Foundation and to inclusive, ethical fundraising practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
