Role & responsibilities

This role is for a developer who can build both the backend and frontend of an application, with strong expertise in Python, React, and TypeScript.

The candidate will develop an AI-enabled Scheduling Optimization Platform that helps process data, manage scheduling logic, and optimize operations. They must be comfortable building complex applications that are fast, reliable, secure, and capable of handling large workloads.

Backend Python (Most Important)

Build business logic, APIs, scheduling functionality, backend services, and integrations. Work with databases and ensure the application performs efficiently.

Frontend – React + TypeScript

Build the screens, dashboards, forms, and interactive features that users see and work with.

Database, APIs and Integrations

Connect applications with PostgreSQL databases, other services, data pipelines, and AI/analytics models.

Testing, Cloud and Reliability

Write automated tests, debug problems, work with Docker and Azure,



and ensure applications are secure and stable.|

Experience required: Minimum 5 years in full-stack development, with meaningful hands-on experience in both Python backend and React/TypeScript frontend.

Important: Do not shortlist candidates who are primarily Java, .NET, or Node.js developers with only basic Python exposure. Similarly, avoid pure Python backend developers who have little or no React/TypeScript experience.
