Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our engineering team in Gurugram. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable custom applications using Python, React, and PostgreSQL, while leading seamless integration initiatives with enterprise ERP systemsspecifically SAP GROW with SAP and RISE with SAP. You will bridge custom software solutions with core SAP landscapes using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), REST/OData APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end user interfaces using React.js and contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build, optimize, and secure scalable back-end microservices and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Model, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance, data integrity, and complex querying.
- Build and maintain integrations between custom applications and SAP GROW / RISE with SAP via SAP BTP, OData services, and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with SAP functional/technical teams to map business processes, ensure data synchronization, and handle payload validations cross enterprise boundary systems.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code while enforcing security standard practices and performance benchmarks.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot containerized microservices (Docker/Kubernetes) within cloud and hybrid enterprise landscapes.

Primary Required Skills





- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using React.js (front-end) and Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) for back-end APIs.
- Solid experience with relational database design, query optimization, and management using PostgreSQL.
- Proven track record of integrating custom applications with SAP landscapes (GROW with SAP or RISE with SAP).
- Hands-on proficiency with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), OData APIs, REST APIs, and API Management tools.
- Strong understanding of standard authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML) in enterprise environments.

Secondary Required Skills

- Experience with message brokers / event streaming platforms (e.g., SAP Event Mesh, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for hosting hybrid integrations.
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest) and API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional team collaboration skills.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent
