About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, proven leadership skills, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications. You will guide a team of engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining full stack applications.
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members,



fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-8 years of full stack development experience.
- Extensive experience with TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven ability to design scalable, high-performing APIs and UIs.
- Strong database knowledge SQL, PostgreSQL and NoSQL.
- Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
