Role Description The Full Time Recruiter at TanTech LLC will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles, including job requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. This on-site role, based in Hyderabad, involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging job boards, social media, and networking channels to identify qualified professionals.

The Recruiter will coordinate interview schedules, support hiring managers with candidate assessments, and ensure a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment records, tracking metrics,



and collaborating with internal teams to align hiring strategies with business needs.

Qualifications

- Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience Required 0–5 Years
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, professional networks, and social media recruiting tools.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IT and technology roles (e.g., developers, cloud, cybersecurity, data engineering) is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to fair, inclusive hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in the staffing or IT services sector is an advantage.
