Hiring: Full Stack Web Developer (Python + React)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, manage, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Develop asynchronous processing workflows using Celery, Redis, or RabbitMQ.
- Build interactive dashboards, data grids, charts, and real-time application features.
- Optimize application performance, API response times, and database queries.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development or Python Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.




- Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications.
- Proficiency in React.js or Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/Redis.
- Familiarity with Celery or message queues for asynchronous processing.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of web security fundamentals and OWASP risks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with large datasets, virtualized tables, or AG Grid.
- Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time updates.
- Familiarity with PyTest, Jest, or Playwright.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Chart.js, Plotly, or D3.js.
- Knowledge of application monitoring and performance optimization.
- Interest in AI/ML or Generative AI.
