Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-first web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with architectural thinking, team leadership, client engagement, and delivery management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications.

- Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand strategic requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design and develop scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, Python, and contemporary web technologies.

- Define and implement microservices-based and event-driven architectures.

- Design REST APIs and ensure seamless integration between applications and services.

- Review database schemas, data models, and application architecture, particularly with PostgreSQL.

- Manage project planning, technical delivery, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.

- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and support team members in resolving complex development challenges.

- Lead hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and development of high-performing engineering teams.

- Ensure application quality, scalability, security, performance, and production readiness.





- Stay updated with emerging technologies and engineering best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 8+ years of relevant software development experience.

- 7+ years of experience in web application development using JavaScript, Python, React.js, Node.js, Flask, Django, or MERN stack.

- Robust experience in full-stack application development and enterprise-level software engineering.

- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API design.

- Strong understanding of relational databases, database modeling, and PostgreSQL.

- Experience in system design, application integration, and production deployment.

- Proven experience leading and managing software development teams.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, command of language, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Experience architecting and maintaining enterprise-scale applications.

- Exposure to cloud technologies and cloud-first application development.

- Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on coding and delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
