- 2-3 years of experience in backend/frontend development with significant exposure to Python, Django, JavaScript, React
- Proven ability to ship products quickly and iterativelybonus if youve used Copilot, GPT, or other AI-assisted tools regularly
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and Postgres/Redis
- Strong understanding of how to integrate AI agents into the development workflow (e.g., prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented coding, AI code assistants)
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving workplace with high autonomy and experimentation
