Company Description Hevis Technologies Pvt Ltd is building Hevis Pro Hire, a Frontline Hiring Operating System for businesses that recruit at scale. The platform centralizes processes that currently happen across WhatsApp chats, phone calls, spreadsheets, referrals, and disconnected follow-ups.

Hire streamlines the entire hiring lifecycle, from job creation and candidate discovery to communication, interview scheduling, pipeline management, offers, and joining. The company is initially focused on jewellery retail, where frontline hiring is frequent, local, and operationally complex. Hevis aims to make frontline hiring faster, more structured, and easier to manage for growing businesses.

Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end features for the Hevis Pro Hire platform in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, implementing scalable backend services, and integrating APIs to support hiring workflows and real-time communication.

The role involves collaborating closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and testable code,



and participating in code reviews. The engineer will also be expected to optimize performance, ensure security and reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process and architecture. Supporting production deployments, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

- Robust Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive UI design.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, working with web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and databases.
- Solid understanding of version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and secure coding principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and work in a fast-paced product environment.
- Experience with scalable architectures, cloud platforms, or real-time communication systems is an advantage.
