We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with robust MERN expertise who can independently handle development, architecture, deployment, and production support.

3+ years of professional Full Stack development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack.

Good understanding of system architecture, REST APIs, and database design.

Experience with Docker, Linux, hosting, and deployment pipelines.

Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, authentication, security, and performance optimization.

Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to take ownership from development through production deployment.

Good to have: AWS/Azure, Redis, Kubernetes, Microservices, and DevOps experience.

- Develop scalable web applications using MongoDB,



Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Design application architecture, APIs, database structures, and integrations.
- Manage deployments using Docker, Linux, cloud/server hosting, Nginx, DNS, and SSL.
- Build secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend and backend solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Work closely with product, UI/UX, and development teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with project/product managers to plan tasks, track progress, and deliver projects on time.
