Job Summary

YoungMinds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a product-based company, is looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our software development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end web applications, working on both frontend and backend components, integrating APIs, and managing databases to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Design, develop, and maintain databases using SQL or NoSQL technologies.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, software testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Understanding of frontend frameworks, preferably React.js.
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, or Java.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL,



or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures.
- Basic knowledge of debugging, testing, and application deployment.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience developing end-to-end academic or personal projects.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Express.js, Django, Flask, or Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of authentication methods such as JWT.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- BCA / MCA or equivalent computer-related qualifications are also acceptable.
- Freshers with solid programming fundamentals and practical project experience are encouraged to apply.
