Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for Full Stack Developers and Business Analysts.

Full Stack

Developers will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end layers, collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure code quality, performance, and security. They will participate in code reviews, optimize user interfaces, integrate APIs, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable software.

Business

Analysts will gather and analyze business requirements from internal and external stakeholders, document workflows and use cases,



and translate functional needs into clear specifications for the development team. They will support solution design, perform data analysis, assist in user acceptance testing, and help improve processes and systems to better serve farmers, partner organizations, and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining end-to-end web applications.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including working with server-side frameworks, APIs, databases, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Candidates in Business Analyst roles should possess skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant experience with modern web frameworks (such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar), version control (Git), and integration with cloud or SaaS platforms is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
