Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and production-ready enterprise applications.

The role involves working on backend APIs, complex business workflows, database systems, external integrations, document processing, application architecture, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain REST APIs following clean MVC and layered architecture.
- Develop complex business logic, validations, exception handling, authentication, and transaction management.
- Design and optimize relational databases using SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Manage database versioning and schema changes using Flyway.
- Integrate applications with external systems, third-party APIs, and enterprise services.
- Work with secure data handling, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Handle document generation, processing, file management, and object storage.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and support different deployment environments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across application, database, integration, and deployment layers.
- Analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and develop scalable solutions.




- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Take ownership of features from design and development through deployment and production support.
