We are seeking a Full Stack Developer Intern to work on our AI-powered HR Tech / ATS platform. The intern will contribute to building scalable web applications and implementing AI-driven features using modern web technologies and LLM-based solutions.

Tech Stack:

- MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

- Redis, OpenSearch

- AWS (Cloud Services)

- Google Gemini & other LLM APIs

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain frontend and backend features using the MERN stack

- Design and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services

- Implement AI-powered features using LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and prompt-based workflows

- Work with Redis for caching and OpenSearch for search and analytics

- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of the platform

- Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams

Candidate Requirements:

- Robust fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms

- Good understanding of JavaScript and web application architecture

- Hands-on experience or academic projects in MERN stack

- Exposure to AI solutions using LLM APIs (Google Gemini, OpenAI, etc.)

- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts

- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system design

Good to Have:

- Experience with AWS services

- Familiarity with Redis, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch





- Git/GitHub and CI/CD basics

- Prior work on AI, NLP, or SaaS projects

Experience Range: 0 - 1 years

Educational Qualifications: -B.Tech/B.E in Computers , -B.Tech/B.E in IT

Skills Required: JavaScript Frameworks , Node.js , React.js , Express , MongoDB , Redis , AWS

Candidate Attributes: Proficient in Node.js

Proficient in React.js

Comfort level with few technologies of a modern stack such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, AWS, etc

Must be actively solving DSA problems using C/C++

Passion for technology & ability to get things done

Eager to learn & hunger to make a difference
