About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS, SQL/PostgreSQL, and modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications as well as AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation workflows, and integrations using n8n, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both client-side and server-side applications.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, and Tailwind CSS.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party services.
- Work with SQL and PostgreSQL databases: design schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance.
- Build AI-powered features such as chatbots, document search, AI assistants, and intelligent business automation.
- Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source models.
- Build workflow automations using n8n and integrate external business applications.
- Work with Vector Databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS, Weaviate) for semantic search and AI applications.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT/OAuth.
- Ensure responsiveness, performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers,



and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Follow best practices for Git, testing, documentation, and deployment.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js
- Good understanding of MongoDB, SQL, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Material UI
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integration techniques

- Experience with Git/GitHub
- Understanding of JWT Authentication and API Security
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic understanding of AI APIs and workflow automation
- Understanding of deployment on platforms like Vercel, AWS, Render, or DigitalOcean

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with n8n workflow automation
- Experience building AI applications using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience with Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, Qdrant, FAISS, or Weaviate
- Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI Agents
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Redis, WebSockets, Background Jobs, and Queue Systems
- Exposure to cloud-based development (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Experience working on AI-powered applications is an added advantage
