Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site visits to customers' premises to diagnose and repair faulty equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various types of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs completed, parts used, and follow-up actions required.
Job Requirements :
- 0-6 years of experience in field service engineering or related industry (e.g., insurance sales).
- Strong understanding of direct sales, direct marketing principles, and insurance products/services.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
