We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at Kokapet, Hyderabad.

Job Summary The Front Desk Sales Associate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling walk-ins and customer inquiries, following up with leads, explaining membership plans, and supporting membership sales and renewals.

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply. Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and an interest in customer service and sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome members, guests, and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online leads.
- Explain BeatBox Fitness memberships, programs, trial sessions, and ongoing offers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into memberships.
- Schedule trial sessions, consultations, and fitness classes.
- Support membership renewals and upgrade opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead, member, and follow-up details in CRM or internal systems.
- Collect payments and coordinate basic membership documentation.




- Coordinate with fitness trainers, sales staff, and studio management.
- Track daily walk-ins, inquiries, follow-ups, trials, and sales conversions.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk workplace.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Support studio promotions, events, campaigns, and member-engagement activities.
- Prepare daily sales and front desk activity reports.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.

Required Skills

- 0–3 years of experience in Front Desk, Sales, Customer Service, Reception, Hospitality, Fitness, or Retail.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and CRM usage.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends when required.
- Interest in fitness and wellness will be an advantage.
