Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of complex software implementation and legacy modernization projects.
- Develop detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and Jira, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contract terms.
- Implement and advocate Agile practices within the project team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring timely resolution of any challenges.
- Manage fixed-price contracts, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed budget and timelines.
- Monitor project financials, ensuring profitability,



and managing any scope changes through formal change control processes.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to monitor project health, including on-time delivery, budget adherence, and resource utilization.
- Utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making, continuous improvement, and to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Proactively manage and resolve project risks, issues, and conflicts as they arise.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members, promoting best practices in project management.

Candidate Attributes:

- Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Project for project tracking, planning, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams.
- Strong experience managing fixed-price projects, with a focus on meeting budget and schedule constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Metrics-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze data and drive project performance.
- Experience in managing projects within the GovTech sector, understanding of government procurement and contracting processes
- Excellent KPI driven Project Management skills.
- Excellent client management and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
