Front Desk Manager — Chakra, Bombay

About the Role

Chakra is an indoor rhythm based cycling studio and is looking for an energetic, guest-first Front Desk Manager to be the face of our studio. You'll own the member experience from the moment someone walks in to the moment they leave — and you'll also help grow the business by selling class packages during studio downtime. This role blends hospitality, in-session support, and sales, so we're looking for someone who's equally comfortable being warm and hands-on with riders as they are picking up the phone to close a sale.

What You'll Do

Check-in & Setup

Greet riders as they arrive and confirm their booking

Direct them to their assigned bike

Help them adjust seat/handlebar height and clip in correctly before class starts

During the Session (45 minutes)

Stay inside the studio for the full duration of each class

Be alert and available to assist riders — water, a napkin, re-clipping in if they slip out, or anything else they need

Keep the space running smoothly without disrupting the class

Check-out & Feedback

Check riders out as they finish

Have a quick conversation about how their session went

Collect feedback on their experience





Sales (Between Classes)

Use gaps between morning and evening class slots to make outbound sales calls

Sell class packages and memberships to leads and past inquiries

Follow up with prospective members and convert walk-in interest into sign-ups

Meet monthly sales targets to unlock performance incentives

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in a front-desk, hospitality, or customer-facing role (fitness/studio experience is a plus but not required)

Some background in sales or telecalling, with genuine comfort pitching and closing over the phone

Physically comfortable being on your feet and moving around the studio floor during sessions

Robust communication skills and a warm, attentive manner with guests

Punctual and reliable — this role anchors the studio's daily schedule

Basic familiarity with bike/equipment adjustments (or willingness to be trained)

Compensation: A base salary + uncapped sales incentive on package/membership sales

Working Hours

Full-day shift covering morning and evening class blocks (exact timings to be shared during interview)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
