About the Role

We are looking for motivated and responsible 12th-pass freshers to join our Operations / Warehouse & Inventory team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory handling, stock management, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, check, and organize incoming stock/material.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch products as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Perform regular stock counting and physical verification.
- Update inventory details in Excel/software/system.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of products.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Dispatch, and other internal teams.
- Identify and report stock mismatches, damages, or shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety,



and proper organization of the warehouse.
- Follow company SOPs and operational processes.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good communication and basic numerical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle physical warehouse activities when required.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
