About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our research and development activities. This opportunity is ideal for fresh MSc graduates and postgraduate candidates who are interested in building a career in research, data analysis, experimentation, and scientific/technical problem-solving.

The selected candidate will work closely with the research team on literature reviews, data collection and analysis, experiments, documentation, and preparation of research reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct literature reviews and gather information from scientific journals, research papers, databases, and other reliable sources.
- Assist in designing and conducting research studies, experiments, surveys, or investigations as required.
- Collect, organize, clean, and analyze research data.
- Assist researchers in interpreting findings and preparing reports, presentations, and research documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, datasets, and research activities.
- Support preparation of research papers, technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Use relevant software and analytical tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Stay updated with recent developments, publications, and research trends in the relevant field.




- Collaborate with team members and assist in day-to-day research activities.
- Follow established research protocols, quality standards, and documentation procedures.

Eligibility

- MSc / Postgraduate degree in [Relevant Subject/Discipline].
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in research and analytical work.
- Positive academic record and understanding of basic research methodology.
- Ability to read and understand scientific/technical literature.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and data-handling tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with any of the following will have an advantage:
- Academic research/project experience during MSc.
- Dissertation/thesis experience.
- Experience with laboratory work, field research, surveys, or experimental studies.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis or data visualization.
- Familiarity with tools/software relevant to the discipline.
- Experience in preparing research reports, presentations, or academic papers.
- Publication, conference presentation, or research internship experience.
