We are looking for freshers (2025 / 2026) pass outs who can join us and work as HR Admin Assistants to support US employee onboarding processes for W2 and C2C hires.

Position: Freshers / Trainee / HR Admin Assistant

Location: Sec 49, Gurugram Haryana

Shift Time : Night Shift (6.30 pm to 4.30 am Indian Time)

Qualifications:

- 0–2 years of experience in administrative, HR, or operational support roles. (Background or knowledge of US staffing is must)
- Familiar with US Time zones such as EST, CST, MST and PST.
- Knowledge of US staffing/onboarding processes
- Experience with W2 documentation.
- Knowledge of C2C vendor communication.
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and working knowledge of MS Excel.
