Role Description The Fresher Business Development Executive (BDE) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the BDE will support lead generation, reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media, and assist in explaining the company’s digital marketing services.

The role includes maintaining basic client databases, scheduling meetings or demos for senior team members, and following up on inquiries to build strong qualified relationships. The BDE will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand service offerings, contribute to simple sales pitches, and help prepare reports on outreach activities and market feedback.



Training and guidance will be provided to help the BDE grow into more advanced business development responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media marketing, and online branding, with willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi, and the ability to engage confidently with prospects.
- Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple leads, maintain records, and follow structured follow-up processes.
- Proficiency in using computers and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfort with using phone, email, and social platforms for outreach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, resilience, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field; internships or projects in sales or marketing are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and collaborate effectively with diverse team members and clients.
