Job Summary

We are seeking a French Language Specialist to support French-speaking international customers. The ideal candidate will have advanced French language proficiency, relevant international customer support experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving service-related concerns, and ensuring professional and effective communication in French.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and service requests in French.
- Communicate professionally with French-speaking international customers through assigned support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain service quality, response accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.




- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- French language proficiency at C1 level or equivalent.
- Relevant international customer support experience is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Valuable customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide clear solutions.
- Familiarity with customer support processes and service quality standards.
- French language certification is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience supporting international customers in a French-speaking process.
- Candidates who can communicate confidently and professionally in French.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation Salary of up to ₹8 LPA, depending on relevant experience, French proficiency, and interview performance.
