We are hiring skilled French Language Specialists to join a leading global organization. The ideal candidate must have advanced French language proficiency (C1 level) along with relevant international customer support experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns in French.
- Provide customer support to international clients while maintaining high service quality.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with French-speaking customers through assigned support channels.
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with process guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Eligibility Criteria
- French language proficiency at C1 level or equivalent.
- Relevant international customer support experience is mandatory.
- French language certification is preferred.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international work environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA, based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
