We are looking for a Freight Forwarder to coordinate with China-based shippers and agents, manage shipment bookings, schedules, and documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with China-based shippers, suppliers, and agents.

- Handle shipment bookings and schedule follow-ups.

- Prepare and verify shipping and freight documentation.

- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.

- Manage day-to-day communication with overseas agents in English.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and other stakeholders.

- Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure timely movement of cargo.

Requirements

- Experience in freight forwarding / logistics preferred.

- Good written and verbal English communication skills.

- Knowledge of international shipping and documentation.

- Mandarin language skills will be an advantage.

- Valuable coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
