Job Overview

We are hiring a fluent French-speaking Customer Support Executive for an international voice process in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have excellent French communication skills (C1 level or above) and at least one year of experience in customer support, technical support, international calling, or a related voice-based role.

The selected candidate will handle customer queries, provide effective solutions, and deliver an excellent customer experience while communicating professionally in French.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in French for international customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, processes, and policies.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and communication quality.
- Document customer interactions, update records, and follow established procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department whenever required.
- Meet performance targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and resolution time.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- French proficiency at C1 level or above is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any voice process.
- Experience in customer support, technical support,



international calling, or international BPO processes is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, international customer service environment.
- Willingness to work from the office in Sector 30, Gurugram.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
