We are looking for a Freelance HR professional to work with us on a 1-year retainer and support across different areas of the employee lifecycle.
What you’ll work on:
- Recruitment and end-to-end hiring support
- HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Onboarding and employee experience
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives
- Opportunity to take ownership of areas you’re particularly interested in and contribute beyond the core scope
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Someone who is proactive, hands-on and enjoys working across different areas of HR
