Compensation: INR 500 per Interview + INR 10,000 Joining Bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for freelance recruiters and talent sourcers to help us hire great talent across all roles and functions.

COMPENSATION

INR 500 for each candidate who attends the first-round interview.

INR 10,000 bonus for each candidate who joins the company and completes 30 days of employment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Candidates should match the technical requirements specified in the .
- Candidates must be genuinely interested in the prospect and willing to participate in the interview process.
- Profiles should be shared only after obtaining the candidate's consent.

TERMS

- Duplicate profiles (already present in our database or previously submitted by another recruiter) will not be eligible for payment.
- A candidate will be considered the recruiter's referral only if their profile is the first valid submission received by the company.
- The INR 500 referral fee is payable for candidates who attend the first-round interview.




- The INR 10,000 joining bonus is payable after the candidate joins and completes 30 days of employment.
- If an interview is scheduled but postponed or cancelled by the company, the referral will remain eligible for payment once the interview is rescheduled and attended by the candidate.
- Payments for eligible referrals and joining bonuses will be processed on a monthly basis.

PROCESS 1. SOURCE & SUBMIT

Source and submit relevant candidate profiles.

2. REVIEW

Our team reviews the profiles against the role requirements.

3. FIRST-ROUND INTERVIEW

Qualified candidates are invited for a first-round interview.

4. INTERVIEW PAYMENT

INR 500 is paid for each candidate who attends the first-round interview.

5. JOINING BONUS

INR 10,000 bonus is paid for each successful hire after completion of 30 days of employment.
